St. Nicholas offers religious education sessions for children K-8 as follows:

• Grade 6-7-8 sessions are on Sunday evenings from 6-8pm
• Grade 1-5 sessions are on Mondays from 4-5:30pm
• Grades 4-5 sessions are offered also on Tuesday from 5-6:30pm.

Our parish takes these sessions seriously as the major help to parents in their responsibilities as Christian parents, accepted at the baptism of their child. The sessions begin in September and are held in most weeks until they end by late April. The Sunday sessions end in late February. 

Preparation for First Penance and First Communion is part of the 2nd grade curriculum, Preparation for Confirmation is part of the 8th grade curriculum.
